Your role in our team:

  • You will support the account management team and new sales team while learning the industry and products.
  • You will cold call to find new opportunities and help support SOW and quote generation.
  • You will be expected to clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for generating leads within our new sales business to meet quotas
  • You will forecast and track account metrics (e.g. leads found, calls made, etc.)
  • You will prepare and present reports on new sales metrics
  • You will assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • You will help support customer satisfaction in accounts and support marketing initiatives
  • You will collaborate with internal/external resources – Sales Team, Operations Team, Consulting, Partners, Customers
  • You will have expertise, knowledge and demonstration capability of our products

Your profile:

  • You have obtained at least a BA/BS degree in science, engineering or business
  • You have at minimum two years of experience and knowledge in software sales, preferably in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology corporations
  • You have developed experience building relationships with existing customers and hunting for new logo opportunities
  • You are familiar with Pharmaceutical software and SaaS
  • You have experience putting a territory plan in place and executing on that plan
  • You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • You have experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • You can speak to your proven ability to juggle account management projects and cold calling at the same time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • You possess excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You have the ability to travel, potentially 10-20%
